Amanda Davila

Miss Amanda began dancing at the age of 8 in London, Ontario. She started her training in ballet and jazz, but quickly fell in love with dance and began training in many other forms including tap, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, pointe, and acro. Amanda was a dedicated competitive dancer, and has competed across Ontario, Nashville TN, and Europe.

Miss Amanda was part of the Canadian National Dance Team in 2010 and travelled with Team Canada to Poland to compete internationally. She also performed live at a Detroit Piston’s game during the half time performance with several other dancers from her studio!

Miss Amanda is very accomplished and versatile dancer and teacher, and has received multiple certificates for dance examinations in various dance genres – Ballet, Jazz and Tap being the most prevalent. She has received many awards from dance competitions recognizing her unique style and passion for movement and expression.

Although Miss Amanda has trained at several dance studios in London, under many teachers and choreographers, she credits her technique, precision, and teaching ability to Kim O’Neill.

Miss Amanda hopes to inspire young dancers, and show them how to release their own unique style through various forms of dance.
